Parnell has a great feel and a vibrant atmosphere. We found the space for our clinic while walking through the beautiful old shops of the Parnell Village and fell in love with the space. The other business owners in Parnell are lovely and there has been a lot of development happening in Parnell recently with amazing businesses popping up which complement the existing ones.
How much time do you need to do a the standard brow reconstruction or enhancement?
Clients require two treatments spaced six weeks apart. We allow two hours for each treatment, treatments don’t always take this long, but we don’t like to rush perfection!
How do you decide on brow shape for indecisive clients?
Your technician will consulting with you to understand exactly what your idea of perfect brows look like. During the consultation, your technician will use a specialised facial mapping technique to mark out and create a brow design that perfectly fits the proportions of your face. Once you are happy with the design, your technician will match a natural colour pigment to your skin and hair tones and begin the procedure. Lure technicians are certified in a range of stroke pattern and shading techniques and they will use the best technique to achieve your desired look. Microblading is a very delicate procedure, and with Lure you can rest assured you are in the hands of the most highly skilled technicians who will ensure you enjoy the experience and get those perfect brows you’re after!
What do you believe makes the prefect brow?
Perfect brows will look completely natural and perfectly fit the proportions of the clients face. Every face is different, and we believe every set of brows should be unique to the client they are designed for. There are however commonalities to all perfect brows, including spacing and symmetry which we work hard to get absolutely right for each client we have the privilege of treating.
Is the process painful?
We apply the highest quality topical anaesthetics prior to treatment to ensure the client is comfortable throughout the procedure. Clients often comment that microblading is less painful than a brow wax.
Do you have to visit multiple times for the desired look?
Two treatments are required for exceptional results. The first treatment is used to set the pigment base and create the shape of the brows, the second treatment is the perfection re-touch to really define and add the finishing touches to the brows. It is important to have two treatments as some pigment is always lost during the healing process after the first treatment.
