With Easter fast approaching, Patrizia from Lilaliv thought it would be an appropriate time to show you how to make a concrete egg cup—the perfect addition to any modern kitchen any time of year. Eggs might break easily, but these cups sure won’t!
YOU WILL NEED:
First of all, prepare all your material
Then mix the concrete as per the instructions on the packet—don’t forget to wear your gloves when you do this.
Grease the cupcake liners with a little cooking oil or spray then fill them with concrete about 3/4 through.
Grease up the egg with a little oil and then press it into the concrete and fix into place with a little masking tape to ensure that they don’t move around.
Leave the concrete to set for about 48 hours, then you can remove the tape, eggs, and paper.
