Designed to make upgrading seamless, the campaign reinforces ghd’s commitment to innovation, performance, and sustainability.
As part of the initiative, ghd has partnered with leading e-waste specialist The Doc Shop to ensure all returned electrical items are securely and ethically recycled or disposed of, helping to divert waste from landfill and extend the life cycle of materials.

How to Trade In:
1. Add a ghd Chronos or Chronos Max to your cart at ghd.com/nz/
2. Apply the code TRADEIN at checkout.
3. Complete your purchase.
4. Receive your order along with a return flyer and bag.
5. Scan the QR code on the flyer to access the carrier website.
6. Enter your order number, select the “Trade-In” option, and generate your free return label.
7. Send back your old hair straightener with the flyer using the prepaid label.
8. ghd will process your $150 refund and send confirmation once complete.
