KAI PASIFIKA

A celebration of Blue Pacific cuisine will be at Peter Gordon’s acclaimed Homeland restaurant at Westhaven, Auckland, in the week starting 3 October.

 

KAI PASIFIKA is brought to you by Pacific Trade Invest , the leading agency of the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat, that promotes exports from- and investment into the region.

 

Pacific food connects culture, tradition and create communities. KAI PASIFIKA will bring an authentic experience of the Pacific to New Zealand chefs, importers, distributors, food lovers, and media.

The festival will include:

25 Invited chefs (including five of the Blue Pacific’s finest chefs sponsored by the New Zealand government, alongside Kiwi locals) spontaneously creating new dishes from the mountain of specially imported Pacific ingredients.

Monday 3 October 2 – 5pm.
