Anti-Bloating Tonic | Lorna Jane Clarkson

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 1 teaspoon chia
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Method

Add all ingredients (except apple cider vinegar and chia seeds) into your juicer. Mix juice and remaining ingredients together and serve.
