This stunning dish is my ode to summer vegetables, capturing the essence of the season. It’s particularly enjoyable with an ice-cold beer.
This salad is deliciously rich and generous, with earthy, punchy flavours. I serve it with Greek yoghurt and harissa on the side, or pair it with the Labneh, Dukkah, Salted Cucumber and Radishes, and perhaps a couple of dips.
This is the number-one requested cheese from our non-Greek friends and we don’t blame them.
