- Cold Sparkling Water: Top
*Organic Marmalade Cordial – Mix 300g Organic Marmalade w/ 150ml Hot Water. Fine strain & bottle. Store in fridge.

- Chilled Champagne Flute
- Orange zest

Ingredients
- Seedlip Spice 94: 2 oz
- Fresh Grapefruit Juice: 1 oz
- Fresh Lime: ½ oz
- *Simple Syrup: ½ oz
- Club Soda: 3 oz
- Ice: Cubed
*Simple Syrup: Warm equal parts water & sugar over medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.
Glass & Garnish
- Highball
- Grapefruit peel
Method
Add all the ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker.
Shake & strain into a highball glass.
Top w/ soda & add fresh cubes of ice.
Garnish w/ a grapefruit peel.

- Unfiltered Apple Juice: 1 oz
- Lemon Juice: ½ oz
- Maple Syrup: ½ oz
- Soda Water: 3 oz
Glass & Garnish
- Highball
- Apple fan
Method
Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker w/ ice.
Shake & strain into a chilled highball glass.
Top w/ soda water & add fresh ice.
Garnish w/ an Apple fan.
