With daylight saving already upon us and with summer just around the corner, here’s a selection of easy-drinking wines at various price points that have something for everyone and every occasion. Whether for relaxed days or to fill the fire at the barbecue, these wines will not disappoint.

’22 Church Road Grand Reserve syrah

Clean and fresh on the nose with earthy aromas and a light acidity that is nicely balanced with rich flavours and fine tannins. Best served with lamb cutlets and beef.

A medium-bodied, refreshingly well-balanced ruby red wine that’s fresh and youthful, oozing with natural earthy flavours. Pair with pork, duck and pasta.

This upfront wine is finely balanced with underlying aromas of fresh citrus flavours and a delightful fusion of acidity. At its best when matched with seafood, chicken and summer salads.

A traditional bright and breezy, high quality, food friendly champagne that is fresh and fruity, rounded with a long and lingering finish on the palate. Great buying at this price.
