Whether you’re seeking sun-drenched beaches, lush rainforests, fascinating culture, or thrilling adventure, these remarkable islands scattered across the seas offer them all…
TAHITI
French Polynesia’s 118 islands – often referred to as the Islands of Tahiti – are spread across an area the size of Europe and dazzle visitors with pristine beaches, crystal lagoons, and magnificent mountain scenery. Boasting eight mountain peaks, marvellous Moorea is renowned for adventure on land and sea, from glorious mountain hiking trails with stunning viewpoints to an exhilarating treetop park complete with aerial obstacle courses and zip lines. Another island, Fakarava, lays claim to being among the world’s best diving destinations, home to grey sharks, manta rays, dolphins, sea turtles, and a kaleidoscope of multi-coloured tropical fish.
The gorgeous Raiatea is another mountainous island, and one that holds the title of the most sacred island of the entire chain. Believed to be the birthplace of the Polynesians, it is considered the cradle of the gods and houses numerous archaeological treasures, including marae and petroglyphs that narrate the history of its unique people and culture.

SRI LANKA
Aptly nicknamed the ‘Pearl of the Indian Ocean’, Sri Lanka offers the best of Asia on an island around a quarter the size of Aotearoa New Zealand. Its ancient history is beautifully preserved across centuries-old Buddhist temples and Victorian-era colonial clubs, while 10 national parks provide sanctuary for leopards, sloth bears, and elephants, and hubs like the capital Colombo pulse with cheerful energy. Sri Lanka’s warmly welcoming people, unique cuisine, and lush tea plantations further enhance the island’s charm.

MADAGASCAR
Madagascar is the world’s fourth largest island and a biodiversity hotspot that boasts tropical dry forests, lush rainforests, and deserts. Much of its ecosystem can be found nowhere else on Earth, with 95% of its reptiles, 92% of its mammals, and 89% of its plant life entirely unique to the island. Among its most iconic residents are over 110 species of lemurs, the Malagasy giant chameleon, the breathtaking comet orchid, and the legendary baobab trees. With the world’s second largest coral reef system, crystal-clear beaches, and endless adventure, Madagascar is a truly unmissable destination for nature lovers and thrill-seekers alike.
SEYCHELLES
Nestled in the Indian Ocean east of Kenya and north of Madagascar, the Seychelles is a 115-island archipelago so stunning that early British explorers believed they had discovered the Garden of Eden. This remote paradise boasts abundant wildlife, lush natural beauty, and rich cultural heritage, with the capital city of Victoria on the largest island, Mahé, showcasing beautiful 18th- and 19th-century French and British architecture. Add world-class resorts and exceptional seafood to the mix, and the Seychelles is undoubtedly the ultimate destination for romance.

CARIBBEAN
The Caribbean spans more than 7,000 islands, cays, and islets, ranging from well-known destinations like Barbados and the Dominican Republic to lesser-known gems like Saint Kitts and Curaçao. Trinidad and Tobago is a study in beautiful contrasts. While Trinidad’s mangrove swamps and green hills meet city landscapes, Tobago retains its unspoiled Caribbean charm of palm trees and white sand beaches. Together, this twin-island republic delivers an extraordinary mix of world-class diving, birdwatching, and hiking, alongside vibrant nightlife, a spectacular carnival, and a diverse culinary scene shaped by its rich heritage. Soul-stirring Jamaica, the birthplace of reggae, offers a rich tapestry of African, European, and indigenous culture, all wrapped up in warm hospitality, bold jerk cuisine, exceptional coffee, and breathtaking natural beauty. The Bahamas spans over 700 coral islands catering to every type of traveller, where you can swim with pigs or snorkel in the iconic grotto, made famous by the James Bond film, Thunderball.
